She is survived by: her children, April Shook (Kirk) of Granite Falls, Julie Hess of Hickory and Eric Alexander of Hickory; her grandchildren, Jimmy Hess, Chris Hess, Shelby Alexander, Ashton Alexander, Jacob Alexander and Haylie Alexander; her great grandchildren, Mason Hess, Kayden Dunn, Kristen Easter, Faith Easter and Kevin Easter; and her close friends, Roger McManus and Rick Barnes.
