He is survived by: his wife June Treadwell Carter; his sister Shirley Mason of Wheat Ridge, CO; his children, Paul Luken Carter, III (Melanie) of Omaha, NE and Catherine Lane (Dennis) of Littleton, CO; and his stepdaughters, Maribeth and Valerie. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
