We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 88, Peggy Matilda Baker of Hickory, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil McKinley and Lee Ann Curtis Baker; her siblings, Annie Wood, Shirley Mae Baker, James Baker, George Baker and William Baker; her niece Paula Winkler; and her nephews, Jimmy Wood and Edward Wood.
She is survived by: her niece Joyce Baker Wood (Robert) of North Wilkesboro; and her nephews, George McKinley Baker (Debbie) of Warsaw, Henry Baker (Charlotte) of Eden, ND and Bobby Baker of Hickory.
