It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pete Pennell of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Roy McLemore; and his grandparents, Dow and Bernice Tolbert. He is survived by: his mother Grace Tolbert McLemore; his children, Justin Todd Pennell of Newton and Misty Arrowood of Gamewell; his siblings, Sue Dydek of Lenoir, Lynn Wallace of Hickory and Randy Pennell (Anne) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bradyn, Jensyn and Madilyn; his friend Teresa Noblitt of Newton; and his pet Midget. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
