She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Della Bowman Starnes and Isaac Melton Starnes; her husband Glenn Phillip Moore; and her siblings, Carrie Odell Teague, Lucille S. Phillips, John Wesley Starnes, Nancy S. Fox-Farmer, Isaac Landon Starnes and Robert Lee Starnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lannie M. Hackler (James) and Tanya M. Reid (Harrison); and her grandchildren, P. Scott McDade, Jennifer M. Lunt (Meehan), Jacob H. Reid (Jessica) and Isaac G. Reid. She is also survived by six great- grandchildren.
