He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Pelkey and Clara Davis Pelkey; and his son Corey James Pelkey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Dupuis Pelkey; his son Shannon Pelkey; his siblings, Robert Pelkey (Becky) and Robin Vose (David); and his grandchildren, Alexis Pelkey, Izabelle Bost, Kaiya Pelkey and Ayden Pelkey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring in Randall's name.
