Randy Lee Stillwell Obituary

We announce the death of Randy Lee Stillwell of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 71. Randy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ellis and Effie Mae Young Stillwell; his brother David Ellis Stillwell; and his pet Pete. He is survived by: his wife Helen Nance Stillwell; his children, Clay Stillwell (Julia) and Ashley Stillwell (Cale Lineberger); his grandchildren, Paige Whitener (Logan), Ashlee Stillwell and Brandon Wilt; his siblings, Danny Stillwell (Sandy) and Cathy Johnson (Keith); and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Randy's name.
