He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brown Weaver; his children, Jennifer Weaver of Hickory and Micheal Weaver (Sarah) of Orlando, FL; his daughter-in-law Tecia Weaver of Hickory; his grandchildren, Genesis Weaver, Lacey Weaver Patterson, Cody Weaver, Madison Weaver, Taylor Weaver, Victoria Weaver and Katelyn Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Maya Weaver, Wryan Patterson and Theo Patterson.
