She is survived by: her husband Glen Phillips; her daughter Jennifer Setzer; her grandchildren, Mark Setzer (Marissa), Kyle Setzer (Joanna) and Taylor Setzer; her great grandchildren, Levi Setzer, Jesco Setzer, Lettie Setzer, Kayce Setzer, Kory Moore, BrantLee Setzer, Kalem Tramble, Sophia McMahan and Benson Clark; her siblings, Jeff McCurry (Gwen), Daphne Baldwin (Larry), Anna Street (Teddy), Vivian Vestal (Allen), Timmy McCurry and Larry Nash (Karen); her sister-in-law Trudy McCurry; and her niece Lisa Snyder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
