It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Travis Jr. of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Allen Travis Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Linda Travis of Hickory; his close friend Lilly; his wife Jeanna Travis; his daughters, Holly Travis of Hickory, Lani Travis of Hickory and Avery Travis of Hickory; his sister Tammy Travis (Artis Kitchen) of Charlotte; and his niece Grace Northcutt of Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.

Due to Covid the family has requested livestreaming for those who may not be able to attend.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to a Memorial Fund for his children.
