He is survived by: his sister Marcia Buff (William); his sister-in-law Dana Crossley (Ron) of Granite Falls; his nephew William Clayton Buff (Clay) of Hickory; his nieces, Allison Hall of Granite Falls and Amanda Lovette (Patrick) of Hickory; his great-nephew Alexander Hall (Alex) of Granite Falls; and his pet Esther Claude Clayton.
