He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richard Watts and Winnie Wilkie Watts; his pet Kei'lo; and his brother-in-law Tony Stroud. He is survived by: his daughter Jena Watts; and his siblings, Kenneth Watts of Hickory and Libby Watts Stroud of Iron Station.
