He is survived by: his wife Paulette Lane Gragg; his children, Samuel Helms (O'Neal), Ricky Gragg (Halley), Terri Freeman (Andy) and Jessica Webb (Thomas); his siblings, Doug Gragg, Earl Gragg, Jr. (Debbie) and Ann Taylor (Tommy); his grandchildren, Trey Miller (Makayla), Rhaelyn Ferguson, Brooklyne Webb, Elijah Helms, Shaheem Webb, Ki-Yahna Webb and Kayta Millwood; and his great grandchildren, Easton Freeman and Addilyn Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, adopted grandchildren, and friends.
