She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wagner and Katherine Stoknick Wagner; her husband Jessie Maness, Sr.; and her daughter Evelyn Maness Hall. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Maness, William Maness and Jessie Maness, Jr.; her sibling's children, Steve Maness, Bruce Maness and Debbie Maness Austin; and her pets, Toby, Pumpkin and Tom Cena.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Park (2017 Wilkesboro Blvd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
