He is survived by: his parents, Martha Joyner Howard of Richlands and Robert "Carl" Howard (Lisa) of Jacksonville; his brother Craig R. Howard (April) of Jacksonville; his nieces, Carly Howard and Caroline Howard; his stepbrother Brent Kight (Mandie) of Jacksonville; and his grandparents, Robert M. Howard (Bobby) and Carol R. Howard of Jacksonville.
