He is survived by: his mother Brenda Lockaby; his wife Ann; his children, Christopher (Chezley) and Sarah; his siblings, Jody and Kristy; his sisters-in-law, Jamie Robbins (Jerry), Holly Reinhardt and Robin Hord; his mother-in-law Helen Reinhardt; his nieces, Marie, Erin and Lauren; and his nephew Maurice.
