He was predeceased by: his mother Sherri Michelle Killian Rhoney; and his grandparents, Eugene Donald Payne, Willoree Smith and David Michael Killian. He is survived by: his father Dwayne Payne of Connelly Springs; his brother Phillip Matthew Payne (Jennifer) of Angier, NC; and his grandmother Janice Keever of Hickory. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
