With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Charles Mallette of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on October 15, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mallette and Eleanor Mallette; and his siblings, Carl H. Mallette, Jr. and Shirley A. McNally. He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Mallette (Young); his children, Kristine M. Neale (Andrew) of Charlotte, NC, Shery L. McFadden (Michael) of Savannah, GA and Rick A. Mallette of Hillside, NY; his siblings, Patricia M. Dickinson (Daniel) of Hickory, NC and Michael J. Mallette (Carol) of Guntersville, AL; and his grandchildren, Liam, Colin and Keegan. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
