He is survived by: his wife Beverly Abbott Edwards; his daughters, Kimberly Hiner (Matt) of Granite Falls, Kelli Hambright (Greg) of Conover and Kari Feimster of Taylorsville; his brother Steve Edwards (Jane) of Chicago, IL.; and his grandchildren, Kati Goines (David) of Morganton, Julian Green of Dallas, TX, Trevor, Lexi, Kylie Hiner of Granite Falls, Jakob Hambright and Maddie Hambright of Raleigh.
