He is survived by: his family Ron; his wife Sandra Butler Deal; his children, Eddie Deal (Jennifer) of Hickory and Anne Bradshaw (Patrick) of Chattanooga; his grandchildren, Marshall Deal (Alex), Emily Deal, Jack Temple, Sam Deal, Sara Catherine Bradshaw, Jim Bradshaw and Sierra Temple; his great grandchild Margaret Josephine Deal; his sister Suzanne Wells (Andy) of Hickory; Jannies, Railyn, Desiree, Shante, Nettie and Kim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
