He is survived by: his caregiver May Huffman (Ron) of Hickory; his brother Dale Collins (Debbie) of Hickory; and his sibling's children, Allen, Traci, Alex Buchanan of Hickory, Peggy Eades, Kynna Joyner, Brian Collins, Colby Collins of Catawba, Abby, Juan, Cienna, Lilliana Guevara, Cooper Casteel and Aaron Casteel of Hickory.
