She is survived by: her children, Blanche Kiser (Sammy), Alice Smith, Vincent Van Cour III (Becky Randolph), David Van Cour and Charles Van Cour (Rhonda); her sister Shirley Abbott; and her friend Melinda Spencer (Sterling). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; and special caretakers.
