She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Fulbright and Rosa Lee Fulbright; her husband Perry Lee Houser; her son Johnny Ray Houser; her grandson Jonathan Andrew Houser; and her brother Thomas Fulbright.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Lee Houser of Youngsville; her granddaughters, Jessica King (Matthew King), Sarah Katherine Sims (Trent Sims) and Christiana Finegan (Michael Finegan); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Michael King, Nathanael Lee King, Perri Katherine Sims, Oliver Newland Sims, Caleb Forrester Sims and Connor Boone Finegan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Sardis Lutheran Church (6103 NC-10, Hickory, NC 28602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
