She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo John Pendley and Ella May Pendley; her husband John Thomas; her great grandchild Justin Sellers; and her siblings, Jesse Pendly, Buster Pendly, Paul Pendly, Jay Pendly and Beulah Pendly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Thomas of Newton, Betty Moore of Newton and Patricia Beam (Carl) of Hickory; her grandchildren, Johnny Moore, Timothy Linder (Danielle), Jessica Brown (Brandon), Kevin Linder, Grace Lail (Dexter) and April Rosenbalm (Kenneth); her stepgranddaughter Lillie Beam; her great grandchildren, Cora, Maverick, Angelrose, Leo, Faith, Casey and Cameron; her siblings, Benny Pendly of Morganton, Johnny Pendly of Sprucepine, David Pendly of Sprucepine, Sue Thomas of Sprucepine and Mabel Pendly of Sprucepine; and her close friend Garland "Shorty" Linder.
