Smith; her children, Pamela, Richard Waggoner of Cary, NC, Greg King, Denise Smith of Bethlehem, NC, Tanya Schmidt of Hickory, NC and Mitzi Bissette of Wake Forest, NC.; her husband Michael Holt; her grandchildren, Aaron Tyler Schmidt of Zebulon, Anna Katherine Casey (Daniel Casey) and Kabian Elizabeth Bissette (Sam Nicole Bissette); and her great grandchild Charles James Casey of Bunn.
