He is survived by: his aunts, Brenda Horvath of Hickory and Dianna Johnson of Florida; his uncle Tim Johnson of Arizona; his cousins, Stephanie Horvath of Florida, Mark Johnson of Indiana, Zachary Johnson of Arizona, Andrew Johnson of Arizona and Brandon Johnson of Indiana; and his father Wes Johnson of Indiana. He is also survived by many friends, three cats.
