It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia June Goodman Phillips of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Thomas Goodman and Stella Bare Goodman; her children, Melanie Rene Phillips and R. Shawn Phillips; and her siblings, Karen Lane and Lloyd T. Goodman Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Charles Phillips; her daughter Delina P. Miller (Tom); her daughter-in-law Mary Caye Phillips; and her grandchildren, Charles Miller, Lauren Miller and Julia Phillips.
