He is survived by: his children, Jane Wiseman (Eddie) of Hickory, NC, Scott McCann (Sally) of Greenville, NC and Stephen McCann (Kara) of Hickory, NC; his sisters, Jackie Tate (George) and Cheri Burks (Melvin); his grandchildren, Emily (Megan), Hailey (Reid), Wilson, Jacob of Greenville, NC, Abigail and Benjamin of Hickory, NC; and his great grandchild Parker.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Drum Funeral Home Chapel (509 1st Ave S, Conover, NC 28613).
