He is survived by: his wife Donna Hodges; his children, Cory Hoke, Tabitha Hennessee (Josh Mashburn), Ashley Patton (Kelly) and Samantha Church (Clarence); his brothers, Rick Hodges and Robin Hodges; and his grandchildren, Riley Fowler, Brandt Patton, Bella Church and Mariana Church.
