He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joann L. Bolick and Carl H. Bolick; his wife Evelyn Bolick; his granddaughter Rain Woldridge; his sons, Dustin Bolick, Ian Bolick and Mike Kennedy; his nephew Rick Duncan (Crystal); and his sister Cindy Dietrich (David).
