He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Williams Stallings and Hazel Wray Stallings; his siblings, Rose Ella Stallings and Royal Mackhampton "Mack" Stallings III; and his son-in-law Terry Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Stallings; his daughters, Jennifer Costner (Paul), Maxine Huffman, Tanya Clanton (Kevin) and Tammy Wallace (Lane); his sister Julia Stallings; his grandchildren, Samantha Hoyle (Michael), Matthew Costner (Savannah) and Tyler Costner (Alicia); and his great grandchildren, Emma Hoyle, Mason Hoyle, Waylon Costner, Madden Costner and Charlotte Costner.
