It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Lynn Mayhew Etchison of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Earl Mayhew and Edna Hinson Beaver (Albert); her husband Darrell Etchison; her brother Roger Mayhew; and her granddaughter Stacy Stafford.
She is survived by: her children, Derrick Etchison (Chad) of Hickory, Lisa Goins (Phil) of Lincolnton and Cindy Smith (Karry) of Mooresville; and her grandchildren, Laura, Karen, Shannon, Derrick, Drew, Kayla and Matt.
