She is survived by: her husband Darrell Chapman; her sons, Todd Hagee (Julie Wilson) of Hickory and Kyle Hagee (Kellee) of Hickory; her stepchildren, Darrell Chapman, II (Angie) of Bostic and Rita Fay Rector (Terry) of Morganton; and her siblings, Jason Collins (Candace), Rhonda Christie (Darrell) and Cynthia Frye (Steven). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
