It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne William Hamacher of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Delmar Hamacher. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hamacher; his daughter Kim Telles (Martin); and his stepsons, Wayne Richardson (Mary Ellen), Rodney May (Darla) and Jeff Murphy. He is also survived by two sisters, one brother, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law, eight grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
