It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William M Miller (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Edith Caroll Hedrick Miller; his wife Betty Louise Proctor; his son William David Miller; and his sister Kathleen Hollar.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Miller and Tim Miller; his brothers, Guy, Tommy (Cathy), Max (Hellen) and Charles (Virginia); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Scott (Katina), Travis and Angie (Andy); and his stepgrandchildren, Chris Edwards, Kasey and Charlie Ingle.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, National Parks or the USO in William's name.
