He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Mayfield of Hickory; his grandchildren, Tylec White of Hickory, Tyquin White of Hickory and Dashanti Mayfield of Hickory; and his sisters, Jessie Lee Anthony of Hickory and Bessie Mae Mayfield of Hickory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
