He is survived by: his sisters, Zelma London, Diane Weaver (Gerry Harvey) and Deborah Collins (Scott Guthrie); his cousins, Allen Johnson (Linda Johnson) and Connie Johnson (Cynthia Grant); and his son Jeff Campbell. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five nieces; and six nephews.
