She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Brittain and Margaret Setzer Philbeck; and her sister Shirley Farris. She is survived by: her husband Dennis James Garr; her children, Dana Garr, Donald Richard (Jessica Neal) of Lincoln County and Paul Richard; and her grandchildren, Olin Gonzalez, Brianna Clark, Hannah Clark, Bentley Clark, Christopher Richard, India Beal, Corey Richard, Ricky Richard, Dillon Richard and Ashlyn Richard.
