She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Junior Pike and Tonya Lee Henneforth; and her grandmother Dolly Tate. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Lynn Shook; her children, Corbin Anthony, Tiffany Jones (Tyler) of Taylorsville and Addie Shook; her brother Charles Boston of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Gracelynn and Jacob Jones of Taylorsville; and her stepmother Linda Pike of Claremont.
