He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joines and Edith Moore Joines; his wife Rebecca Goodwin Joines; and his sister Brenda Joines Lail. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Stewart of Lenoir; his brothers, Roy Joines of Stony Point and Glenn Joines (Ann) of Stony Point; his grandson Brent Stewart; his great grandchild Ethan Stewart; and his great great grandchild Onyx Stewart.
