He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Meadows and Ella Cook Meadows. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Dyson (Tracy) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Dawson Dyson of Taylorsville and Logan Dyson of Taylorsville; his siblings, David Meadows (Vivian) of Blowing Rock, Tina Benfield (Forrest "Skip" Skidmore) of Statesville and Bonnie Hanson of Potosi, MO; and the mother of his child Pamela Gail Keller. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and nephews; three great-great-nieces and nephews.
