Colleen Bunton Campbell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Bunton Campbell of Hiddenite, North Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Franklin Bunton and Mary Lee Pool Bunton; her husband Hugh Wheeler Campbell; her siblings, Jimmie Gilbert Bunton, Carl D. Bunton, Mary Claudine Bunton and Ruth McLarty; her niece Adonna Dickerson; her brother Claude Atwell Bunton; and her sister-in-law Frances Patterson Bunton.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Tim McLarty (Jana), Derek Bunton (Kelley), Gloria Daniel (Jack), Cari Johnson (Paul) and Carla Harrington (Mark). She is also survived by five grandnephews, two grandnieces, and one great-nephew.
