She is survived by: her boyfriend Howard Lackey; her children, Dustin Lee Lackey (Kimberly) of Enterprise and Angela Harrington (Isreal) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Gracie Harrington, Skylar Harrington, Hallie Harrington, Kinsley Grace, Adalyn Gale and Brady Lackey; and her great grandchild Cayson Cook. She is also survived by family members and friends.
