With sadness, we share the passing of Fred Stikeleather of Hiddenite, North Carolina. Fred, born on February 4, 1961, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Fred for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Stikeleather, Jr. and Dorothy Cline Stikeleather; his sister Nancy Stikeleather Brady (Doug) of Newton; his aunts, Margaret Ann Southers, Audrey Cline and Loretta Cline; and his sister Andrea Timmerman. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church (2600 Old Mountain Rd, Hiddenite, NC 28636). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
