She was predeceased by: her parents, Junius Looper and Minnie; her grandmother Gwaltney Looper; her son Monte Dale Sharpe; and her sister Marguerite L. Sprinkle.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Sharpe; her daughter Sharon S. Sipe (William Earl); her grandchildren, Kimberly S. Lancaster (Charlie), Kristen S. Maristany (Carlos) and Aaron B. Sharpe (Angela); and her great grandchildren, Addison Palmer, Aidan Palmer, Carleigh Lancaster, Kai Maristany, Andrew Sharpe, Joseph Hawk and Joshua Hawk.
