He was predeceased by: his father Allen Patrick; his siblings, Johnsie Booker, Loretta Pegues, George Patrick and Marion Patrick; and his grandson Charles Marbuary.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Patrick; his children, Albert Patrick Jr. (Bernice), Sandra Patrick, Ricky Patrick (Sharon), Letitia Ball, Tony Patrick (Kera), Katina Ijams and Lakendra Dowdy; his sisters, Catherine Harris and Mary Williams; his grandchildren, Ray Phifer (Angel), Syretha Williams (Michael), Antonio Patrick, Shernika Flyth (Jeffrey), Jonathan Patrick, Jesse Patrick, Anijah Patrick, Chasity Baker, Coreyion McCoy and Lakenya McCoy; and his friend Otis Kirby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
