He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Warren and Roseanna Warren; his sons, Michael Johnson and Lamont Johnson; and his siblings, Ruth Mae Harrington, Margaret Huntley, Lilly Mae Short, Edward Warren and Roosevelt Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Ella Warren; his children, Jenny Short (James), Lenora Leak, Herbert Leak, Sandra Warren King (David), Carl Johnson (Pam), Dennis Johnson (Janice), Lavonne Johnson, Michele Johnson Moore (Raynard), Rhonda Johnson Fairley (Billy) and Curtis Johnson (Lemanda); his siblings, Gladys Livingston, Eleanor Blocken and Charles Warren; and his brother-in-law Clarence Kennedy (Rena). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
