He was predeceased by: his parents, Czeslaw Krysiak and Sabina Pietrzak Krysiak; and his sister Jadwiga Zero (Janusz Zero). He is survived by: his wife Irena Krysiak; his children, Patrick Krysiak of High Point, Monika Crocker of Sweden and Angelica Krysiak (Terrance Penn) of High Point; his grandchildren, Ivana Krysiak, Joakim Krysiak, Izabela Crocker, Julia Krawczyk, Sebastian Krysiak-Penn and Tobias Krysiak-Penn; and his great grandchildren, Valentine Krysiak and Dash Crocker.
