He is survived by: his children, Clinton Tyrone Payne, Shirley Jean Payne and Brian Eugene Payne; his grandchildren, Tyrone Antonio Payne, Zakiya Payne, Malaya Kadence Jordan and Cayden Montrey Fountain; his great grandchild Tauren; his aunt Christine Williams of Philadelphia, P. A.; his siblings, Joseph Scott, Larry Scott (Tillette), Randolph Scott (Lizzie), Horace Scott (Leinda), Josephine Bacote (Carl), Jo Ann Scott, Lola Scott, Julia Mouzon and Eileen Bonaparte (Israel); and his close friend Dessie "Dae Dae" Hare. He is also survived by sister in-laws and brother in-laws; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
