She was predeceased by: her parents, Keyston Young and Delores Young of Mebane, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Joe Hanford Thomas; her daughters, Martha Hendrix (Chris) of Charlotte, NC, Pamela Glascock (Ronald "Bo") of Wesley Chapel, NC, Gena Peloquin (Jason) of Greensboro, NC and Evelin Hunsucker (Gary "Luke") of Trinity, NC.; her siblings, Jannette Young King (Melvin), Nancy Young Caison (late Don), Gloria Young Hamilton (Mike) and Tommy Young (late Peggy); and her sister-in-law Judith Young. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-granddaughters, with one great-grandson.
